As a varsity athlete, training was always a part of my life. Being in the gym however was the part I dreaded most. Long sessions, the lack of motivation and constantly having to create a different workout routine added to what felt like a burden. When I first tried F45 over a year and a half ago, I ... was hooked from the first minute. Having a workout expertly curated by the F45 athletics team that is only 45 minutes long, different everyday and producing these types of results was eye opening. I was always in athletics growing up. As an adult, I found myself more at the gym than in sports. I found a passion for Kettlebells and got certified with Agatsu Inc and Tony Wallace Fitness. My love of knowledge for everything fitness has lead me through my CanFitPro course, and with CPTN, a certif... icate in Level 1 Powerlifting Progression and a certificate in Periodization of High Intensity Interval Training. In my spare time I train to compete in Kettlebell competitions, and an upcoming Bikini Stage competition. I am active in yoga, love meal prepping and walking my dog Roman! When I'm not coaching classes, I'm pushing my limits in the studio.More

I bring an enthusiastic energy to classes and I am fulfilled by seeing the changes that can happen in a member's body, week after week! Having two kids in two years changed my priorities and forced me to take a look at what was not working in my life. I spent 10+ years working in corporate finance, before making the switch to fitness. I wanted to spread the word that a healthy body starts with a healthy mind and really give people the support to believe in themselves.More
