I started my fitness career back in 2008 when I attended Lethbridge College and received my Diploma in Exercise Science. From there I moved to High River, AB and started personal training at a small gym there, while working there I ran my first half marathon (Scotia Bank Marathon). Since then I ha... ve ran 4 half marathons, tough mudder, mud hero and many other 5k’s and 10k’s. In 2012 I started to work at a Group Fitness Studio called Fierce Girl Fitness where I taught everything from Kettlebell classes to bootcamps.
